Ashley Roberts is one of London's leading Personal Trainers and UK Fitness Industry Experts. He has managed a well known chain of

Health Clubs across the UK, but could not ignore his passion for working with people to achieve their goals on a 1 to 1 basis.

Ashley has represented the Fitness Industry on various different television appearances and magazine articles, sharing his knowledge

and enthusiasm for fitness. Ashley took over Optimum Gym in 2008 and continues his work as a Personal Trainer, always welcoming

new clients and consistently helping them to achieve excellent results.

 

Many people feel nervous and perhaps unsure before they start with a Personal Trainer.

Here are the simple steps to getting started...

Free Consultation - This is the first step to the new you! You will meet with Ashley Roberts, talk about what you are looking to achieve and plan out the best way to reach all of your goals. You are not committing to anything at this stage and there is no pressure to book your first session if you are not ready.

 

1st Session - Once you are happy with everything, you can book your first session! The first session involves a Health Assessment and you will have your first workout. This is normally a gentle session to get you in to the swing of things.

 

2nd Session - You will be feeling more confident already, knowing that you are taking control of your Health & Fitness and heading towards achieving your goals. The next steps from here will be learning about nutrition and progressing with your workouts.

 

Ashley Roberts also has an excellent team of Personal Trainers working within the Gym and can cater for any requirements.

Home training is also available depending on your location and workout goals.

 

Personal Training Rates

1 Session = £45

                     8 Sessions = £336 (£42/session)

                   12 Sessions = £468 (£39/session)
