Optimum Joining Pack was £70 NOW £35 HALF PRICE! The Optimum Joining Pack is the perfect way to get started. We begin with a short Health Check and Body Composition Analysis. This gives us the starting point so we can see your achievements in the future. We then take you through a Fitness Programme to ensure you are exercising in a safe, effective way that is specific to your individual needs. For more experienced users we can use the session for an Advanced Workout. You also get Guest Passes so you can bring Family & Friends to train with you and you get to try some of the Nutritional Supplements we recommend.
Basic Joining Pack If you do not want to take advantage of the superb Optimum Joining Pack, there is a nominal start up fee of £15. This covers the initial membership costs, Guest Passes, Health Check and brief Induction. This is compulsory for insurance purposes.
